Do the products have warranties or guarantees?

Many of our products come with warranties from the manufacturer. If a purchased item that includes a warranty, follow the instructions on the warranty for repair or replacement. Many manufacturers require you to register the product with them for the warranty coverage to be effective.

Please deal directly with the manufacturer, if you need to invoke the warranty or obtain replacement parts. Wellhaven does not provide this service on your behalf.

You may obtain a paper copy of the manufacturer's warranty information prior to purchasing an item. Send a written request including a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
