Do you provide International package tracking?

Yes. When your order is shipped, our system sends you an email with the CUSTOMS tracking number.

International packages are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Important information about the US Postal Service tracking system:

Standard International Packages are NOT trackable through the US Post Office system. Tracking is NOT available with this level of service.

Limited tracking is available with Expedited International. USPS tracking will show package acceptance and when the package leaves the US. Your package may arrive before you see an update.

Post offices outside the USA may, or may not, provide additional tracking information.

Wellhaven LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged when shipped outside the US.  You assume package liability once we give the Post Office your package.
