**Important International Shipping Information
 

Please review these important details for international shipping:

  • Expedited shipping - complete, approved order deadline is 1:00pm New York Time
  • Packages ship Monday - Friday New York time
  • Packages weighing more than 2 pounds will require additional fees before shipment. Please check your email after ordering.
  • Time in transit varies depending upon distance from New York and local Customs and Postal System capabilities.
  • Time in transit is not guaranteed by Wellhaven. We have no control over any delivery service or Customs Departments.
  • Customs Departments may open gift-wraped packages.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order for any reason.

Is there an extra shipping fee for packages shipped outside the USA?
 

Possibly. Choose International - Standard or Internatinal - Expedited when sending a package outside the USA. Standard, Expedited and Express Shipping options are only available for packages shipped to U.S. addresses.

The price charged for the international shipping options will cover a 2 pound package. If your package weighs more (calculated when packed by our shipping department), you will receive an email with the option to approve the additional shipping cost.

We require approval of the additional shipping fee before your order is fulfilled. You must respond to the email you receive requesting your approval for extra shipping fees for packages over 2 pounds.

Please be sure to check your email within 1 business day (New York time - Monday through Friday) for any additional email from our Customer Service department.

 
International Customs Department Fees
 

Customs Department regulations vary by country. Most require that the type of product in the package and its value be displayed on the shipping carton. All packages are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs officials, even those that are gift-wrapped.

Customers are responsible for any taxes due.

For Canada, these can include:

  • Goods and Services Tax
  • Provincial Sales Tax or Quebec Sales Tax
  • Harmonized Sales Tax (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador )
  • UPS or Canada Post Customs Broker Fees


  • Other countries may have similiar taxes & broker fees.

    Unfortunately, we have no control over the additional charges you will have to pay to receive your package.

    Please contact your local Customs Department for specific information to comply with import laws and taxes due.

     
    Do you provide package tracking?
     

    When your order is shipped, our system automatically sends an email with the tracking number. All orders packed on Saturdays or Sundays leave our facility on Monday.

    Get your tracking number in My Account (yellow tab at the top of every page) and selecting See Orders.

    Tracking numbers beginning with "10..." were shipped via DHL. Track your package at www.DHL.com.

    All other tracking numbers that do not begin with "10" were shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Track your package at www.usps.com.

    Important information about the U.S. Postal Service tracking system: Unfortunately, the USPS tracking system is not as detailed, nor is it updated as frequently as the UPS tracking system. It is possible that the package will arrive before your receive any status via their web site.

    Post offices outside the USA may, or may not, provide additional tracking information.

     
    Provide An Accurate Shipping Address
     

    Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address to which the local post office will deliver mail. You may ship to your home, work location or directly to the recipient. If your package is returned for an incomplete or an incorrect address, you must pay for shipping again. The delivery services do not provide refunds for errors in shipping addresses.

    If applicable, enter your physical street address on Adress Line 1 and your PO Box on Address Line 2 during Checkout. We use both the U.S. Postal Service and DHL to fulfill orders, depending upon weight, size, destination, etc. UPS requires a specific street address for delivery.

    If you are shipping to an apartment, or other multi-tenant building, you must provide the unit number. If packages cannot be delivered to a secure common mail box area, or it is not safe for the delivery personnel to leave it in the common mail box area, ship to your work address or another location.

     
    I did not receive my package. Now what?
     

    1. Check the U.S. map in our Shipping Information section to review estimated delivery times.
    2. Enter the package tracking number we sent you via email on the carrier's web site to get the current status.
      • Tracking numbers that begin with "10" were sent via DHL. Visit www.DHL.com and enter the number.
      • All other packages were sent via the U.S. Postal. Visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number.
      If you do not have your Order Fulfillment email, log into your account via My Account (top) to see your tracking number.
    3. If you need additional information, contact us with your name, the order date and the order number.

    We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to accept deliveries during the day. Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Wellhaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
