I did not receive my package. Now what?
- Check the U.S. map in our Shipping Information section to review estimated delivery times.
- Enter the package tracking number we sent you via email on the carrier's web site to get the current status.
- Tracking numbers that begin with "1Z" were sent via UPS. Visit www.UPS.com and enter the number.
- All other packages were sent via the U.S. Postal. Visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number.
If you do not have your Order Fulfillment email, log into your account via My Account (top) to see your tracking number. - If you need additional information, contact us with your name, the order date and the order number.
We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to accept deliveries during the day. Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Wellhaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
