We are a fast-growing company with opportunities for those who enjoy working in an entrepreneurial organization.

Wellhaven, LLC seeks qualified individuals with a strong work ethic, e-commerce and Microsoft Office software experience and desire to learn. We offer a flexible schedule, varied tasks in a pleasant work environment and the opportunity to acquire new skills.

Our facility is located in Frazer, Pennsylvania near the Route 202 and Route 30 interchange. Flexible work hours/days are available from 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with additional hours and/or staff needed during the peak holiday season in November and December. Compensation is based upon skills, experience and actual job performance.

Office Team Members actively contribute to efficient and effective operation of the administrative and customer service functions at Wellhaven, LLC. Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Providing assistance to customers via email, phone and in person.
  2. Assisting with administrative functions of the office, including data entry for accounting, and inventory
  3. Assisting the Order Fulfillment Team with gift-wrapping and product packaging and order returns

Order Fulfillment Team Members – Job #060802
 
Order Fulfillment actively contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the inventory and order management functions at Wellhaven, LLC. Primary responsibilities include:
1. Managing inventory including receiving, product inspections, space planning for peak periods, inventory counting and analysis
2. Fulfilling customer orders including pick, pack and ship operations
3. Assisting the Office Team Members with customer service for orders in transit, returns, etc.

Experience desired:
· 1 year of warehouse experience in a retail or wholesale product environment
