Extended Holiday Return Policy - Items purchased from Nov. 1 to Dec. 31, 2011 are returnable until January 31, 2012. Please read complete return policy as some items are not returnable. If you receive a package that was damaged during shipment, take digital photographs of the shipping carton prior to opening it and contact FedEx, UPS or USPS immediately. - Items damaged during use - Contact the manufacturer for possible warranty.
- Books, DVDs, music or games whose manufacturer's plastic has been opened and/or that have any visiable wear from usage
- Time Capsules that have been opened
- Gift baskets or coffee mug gift sets that have been opened
- Kitchen products, Hand Mitts, Seat Cushions that have been opened - state law for sanitary reasons
Please do not send us items described above. We cannot issue a refund or send replacements. 2. Request a Return Authorization Number. If the item was broken in transit to you, take digital photographs of the shipping carton, manufacturer's packaging, and the actual item that was broken. The Returns Department may require these photos prior to approving your return. Complete the online Return Authorization request. If approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number via email that expires 14 days after it is issued. Send the items back to us before the Return Authorization expries. Include the Return Authorization form you receive via email in the box with the items approved for return. Do not send merchandise back without a Return Authorization number. Items must be tracked so the right customer gets the credit for items returned. 3. Exchanges Please list the items you want, in exchange for the returned item, directly on the Return Authorization form that you enclose with the merchandise you return. In addition to the difference in the price of the merchandise, you must pay shipping on items returned (see Shipping Fees below) and the shipping cost of new items shipped to you. 4. Send the item(s) back to us. Be sure to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to sending the product so we can process it quickly and accurately. Please enclose a copy of your Return Authorization Form and a written explanation of the reason for return. Although optional, we recommend that you insure any product you return. We are not liable for lost products during return shipments. 5. Completing the return/refund Upon receipt, the Wellhaven Merchandise Returns Department will inspect the item(s) and ensure compliance with the Jubilee Celebrations - Wellhaven Return Policy. The inspection process and the refund process generally take 2 business days to complete. You will receive an email when the when your exchange/refund has been issued.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. Shipping Fees and Re-stocking Charges Shipping Charges on Original Order: If you return items on an order that had free shipping and your revised order total is less than the free shipping offer requirements, the standard shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping Fees to Return Items: Shipping fess on returns are not refunded as the shipping services do not give refunds for service provided. Shipping fees are charged on new items requested as part of an exhange. Re-stocking Fees: Under certain circumstances (rarely), you may be charged up to 15% (15 percent) restocking fee for the item returned. You will be notified of re-stocking fees in the Return Authorization Instructions email that you receive prior to sending an item back to us. |
