Ordering online from Wellhaven Gifts for Seniors is safe, convenient and easy. Follow these steps to order online.
  1. When you find a product you want to purchase, click on Add to Shopping Cart next to the item. Review your shopping cart by selecting the yellow Shopping Cart tab at the top of any page.
  2. If you want Wellhaven to wrap your gift, select the style and enter the gift card note in the yellow Gift Wrap Service tab at the top of any page.
  3. After you have reviewed your order in the Shopping Cart, proceed to the Checkout tab. Enter the necessary payment and shipping information and submit your order. You must click on Submit and receive a Confirmation Page for the order to be completed correctly. Print a copy of the Confirmation Page for your reference.
 
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
 

Our web site and order processing systems are set up to prevent us from accepting orders for items that are not currently in stock. You will see a bold, black "out of stock" message in place of the "add to shopping cart" button. In the case of size or color, there will be a message in red letters during the Checkout process asking you to select another size/color.

Due to errors in inventory counting, it is possible that the system has more/less than the actual stock on hand. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.

 
What forms of payment do you accept?
 
We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover® and American Express® for online and phone orders. Very Important - You must provide a complete and accurate billing address for credit card security and fraud protection. You may ship to a different address.

Only Bank of America cashier's checks or US Postal Service money orders are accepted for mail orders. All other forms of payment will be returned and the order will not sihp. See Mail Order instructions below.

 
May I order by phone?
 
Yes. If you are not comfortable entering your credit card information online, print your order from the Shopping Cart section. It contains all the item numbers you need to place an order by phone. Call our Customer Service department at 888-564-1500, Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm Eastern Time. We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover® and American Express®. Please have your credit card ready. We also need the billing address as it appears on your credit card statement and the full Ship To address to complete your order. Note: Free shipping and gift wrapping offers, when available, do not apply to orders placed by phone. Special offers, if available, are advertised at the top of each web site page or in our company newsletter.
 
May I order by mail?
 

Yes, but inventory is not reserved for you and your order will not ship until we receive a valid payment with your complete order. Free shipping and special offers do not apply to mail orders. We do not accept personal checks. Do not send cash.

Print your order from the Shopping Cart. Very Important! Include your name, address and email address or phone number in case we need to reach you about the order. Don’t forget to include the complete Ship To address. The total amount must include shipping method and fees and 6% sales tax on the entire amount, if shipping to an address in Pennsylvania.

Keep a copy of the order for yourself.

Why must I register to make a purchase?
 

When you shop at Wellhaven, we provide access to your account online so that you may view your order, including the package tracking number. To provide this service, we require that you create a user-id (your email address) and a password. This enables you to check your order status at any time, contact customer service, review past orders, etc.

Setting up an account via the registration process also enables our Customer Service Department to help you quickly when you contact us. While they cannot see your password, they can help you with questions about your order, including billing and shipping addresses, gift-wrapping service, etc..

We value your privacy and encourage you to review our Privacy Policy. Your personal data is not sold, rented or given to marketers. If you have questions, please contact us.

 
Why do I have to enter the code on the back of my credit card?
 
You must enter the security code on the back of your credit card during the Checkout process as a security procedure. This security code instituted by Visa®/MasterCard®/Discover®, etc. helps protect against fraudulent use of your credit card number. Responsible internet shopping sites and online shoppers are helping the credit card companies reduce fraud by complying with this security request. We cannot process your order unless you enter a valid 3-digit security code. You can find it near your signature on the back of your credit card.

Note: American Express has a 4-digit code on the front of the card, also required for ordering from Wellhaven.

 
Does Wellhaven protect my credit card and personal information?
 

Yes. Your credit card number is protected while shopping at Wellhaven Helpful Gifts for Seniors via a strongly encrypted transmission and data storage. All orders are reviewed prior to fulfillment to protect against improper use of your credit card. It is very important that you provide the correct billing address, a valid phone number and a valid email for your order.

We may contact you by email or telephone to verify information you submitted during the order process. We reserve the right to ship only to the credit card billing address. We reserve the right to refuse any order. The Order Review procedure helps ensure that someone is not using your credit card fraudulently.

Why do you ask for my telephone number?
 
Our Customer Service and Order Shipping Departments do everything they can to process your order as quickly as possible. Occasionally, there is an error in the information you provided during the order process. Sending you an email to ask for the correct information delays your order while we wait for you to respond. The only time we will call you is if there is a problem with your order that needs to be resolved immediately.
 
How do I change or cancel an order I placed?
 

We move orders quickly through our shipping process. Before requesting a change, check your order status in the My Account section of our web site (yellow tab at top of every page). Select See Orders If your order has been Fullfilled or Billed, no further changes can be made as your order has already left our facility.

If your order is Pending Fulfillment, we may be able to make the change you need, depending upon where your order is within our shipping process. We cannot make changes that require re-work as our procedures are designed to keep orders moving quickly through fulfillment. This is how we keep shipping cost reasonable. Contact Customer Service with your order number and specific change information. We will let you know if it is possible to accommodate your request.
