How do I change or cancel an order I placed?
 

We move orders quickly through our shipping process. Before requesting a change, check your order status in the My Account section of our web site (yellow tab at top of every page). Select See Orders If your order has been Fullfilled or Billed, no further changes can be made as your order has already left our facility.

If your order is Pending Fulfillment, we may be able to make the change you need, depending upon where your order is within our shipping process. We cannot make changes that require re-work as our procedures are designed to keep orders moving quickly through fulfillment. This is how we keep shipping cost reasonable. Contact Customer Service with your order number and specific change information. We will let you know if it is possible to accommodate your request.

What sales tax do I pay with my order?
 
Pennsylvania residents will be assessed 6% state sales tax on internet and mail orders.

Gift buyers who live outside of Pennsylvania, but ship to a Pennsylvania address will pay sales tax on the shipping charge only.

Customers who live outside of Pennsylvania and ship to an address outside of Pennsylvania will pay no sales taxes.

If you purchase from us in person at product demonstrations, Expos or other events, the sales tax for the appropriate state will be included in the purchase price.

Do you have a printed catalog?
 
At this time, we do not have a printed catalog. If you would like us to send a catalog, please complete our Catalog Request Form. Our web site contains more information for each product than we could fit into a small catalog description. As we continue to offer new products, wellhaven.com contains the most updated selection of items available with detailed product descriptions.

If you would like to show an item to someone without computer skills or internet access, we recommend printing the product page from our web site and sending it to them. The detailed information helps customers make good purchasing decisions.
