We ship from Philadelphia, PA using the Post Office and UPS/FedEx. Please provide complete shipping information including PO Box, Suite or Apartment when appropriate. If the US Post Office does not deliver to your physical address, you must include a PO Box or alternate shipping address.

Free Shipping Offers - Important Information
 

Free shipping offers are a "thank you" for ordering online. We appreciate you saving us the time and cost associated with orders placed by phone.

To qualify for the offer, you may ask friends, co-workers or relatives to shop with you to meet the merchandise minimum. Ship the entire order to one address within the continental USA.

Free shipping offers are valid only on orders placed online at www.wellhaven.com that meet minimum merchandise (not gift-wrapping) thresholds. Free shipping cannot be used in combination with any other offer.

Free shipping is not valid on: phone orders · previous purchases · orders shipped outside the continental U.S. · purchases at other web sites · volume purchases.

If you return items that were part of a free shipping offer and your revised merchandise order is less than the minimum to qualify for free shipping, your refund will be reduced by the standard shipping charge.

How long will it take for my order to arrive using Standard Shipping?
 
Standard Shipping delivery times vary from 3 - 9 business days. Note: Business days are Monday - Friday. See the USA shipping map for estimated delivery times for your area. All items are shipped from suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. We use both the United States Postal Service and FedEx to ship packages via Standard Shipping to USA addresses.

NOTE: Deliveries to remote locations may take an extra day or two.

Expedited and Express Shipping services are provided by the US Postal Service Priority Mail, Express Mail, and UPS/FedEx.  Price is based on Size and Weight of the package

Expedied Shipping:  2 – 3 business days. - $10.95 and up.
Most packages are delivered within 2-3 business days. Expedited Shipping is not guaranteed.

Express Shipping:  1 - 2 business days Guaranteed - $27.95 and up.
Final express shipping cost are calculated by shipping and may increase based on box size required to safely ship your package. We will contact you for approval if there are additional charges.

Next Day Air & Second Day Air via FedEx is available, but more expensive. Please contact Customer Service at 888-564-1500 for a rate quote on FedEx Next Day Air service.  If you absolutely need the package by the next business day, please call Customer Service Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm New York time.

Provide An Accurate Shipping Address
 

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address to which the local post office will deliver mail. You may ship to your home, work location or directly to the recipient. If your package is returned for an incomplete or an incorrect address, you must pay for shipping again and all address correction and return shipping fees from FedEx. FedEx/USPS does not provide refunds for errors in shipping addresses.

If applicable, enter your Street Address on Address Line 1 and your PO Box on Line 2 during Checkout. We use both the US Postal Service and FedEx, depending upon weight, size, destination, etc.

If you are shipping to an apartment, or other multi-tenant building, you must provide the Apt #, Unit #, or Suite #. If packages cannot be delivered to a secure common mail box area, or it is not safe for the delivery personnel to leave it in the common mail box area, ship to your work address.

Expedited and Express Shipping Deadlines
 

All Expedited and Express Shipping orders for in-stock items are shipped the same day (Monday-Friday), if the order is complete, correct and placed by 1:00pm New York Time. Orders with Expedited or Express Shipping may be sent using the US Post Office or FedEx.

In addition to reducing transit time, choosing Expedited or Express Shipping affects the priority in which your order is processed and shipped. Orders are processed in the following priority:

Express Shipping,  Expedited Shipping and then Standard Shipping. 

It is important to include your daytime phone number when entering your order. If there is any problem processing your order, we will first attempt to contact you via email. If there is no response in a reasonable amount of time, we will attempt to contact by phone to clarify your order

Calculate Your Total Package Time
 

For Expedited or Express Shipping, complete and correct orders received by 1:00pm New York Time are shipped the same day (Monday - Friday), unless they have an issue listed under Possible Delays. Transit time depends upon the shipping method selected.

For Standard Shipping, calculate as follows:

1 business day (Monday - Friday, New York time)
+ transit time (see map)
+ possible delays, where applicable (see below)
= Total Package Time

  • Wrong or incomplete billing or shipping address
  • International orders requiring additional shipping fee approvals
  • Your payment method failed our required credit card security checks.
  • Severe weather in either Philadelphia, PA, USA or the package destination area

Do you provide package tracking?
 

Yes. When your order is shipped, our system sends you an email with the tracking number. You can get your tracking number in My Account (yellow tab at the top of every page) and selecting See Orders.

All International packages are shipped via US Postal Service

Track your package at www.usps.com

All other packages are shipped via FedEx and can be tracked at www.fedex.com.  UPS shipments can be tracked at www.ups.com.


May I ship my order to multiple addresses?
 

You may ship each order to only one address. Ship with or without gift-wrapping to:

  • your home
  • your office
  • the gift recipient
  • a neighbor who is home during the day
If you are not home during the day and work at a place where you can receive mail, we recommend shipping your package to your work location. Once the package is marked delivered by the shipping service, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect theft, call the police and the delivery service used for your order (supplied in the email with your package tracking number).

Shipping Cost Information
 

Shipping fees are based upon the cost of processing and shipping your order. This includes the cost of labor, supplies, facilities and equipment necessary to fulfill your order.

Some people reduce the shipping cost per item by pooling their orders together (neighbors, friends, relatives, co-workers). Remember that orders can only be sent to one address.

For example: Standard Shipping for 1 item is $6.95. Standard shipping for 2 items is still only $6.95, reducing the shipping cost per item to approximately $3.50 each.

Are there extra charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other US possessions?
 
We strongly recommend you select expedited shipping for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii. In some cases, there will be extra fees for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We will contact you by e-mail and notify you if there are extra charges. You must approve these charges before your order will ship.
Order confirmation will only show regular shipping and handling fees at time of purchase. Final shipping and handling charges will be calculated and billed at time of shipment. Final costs depend upon combined size and weight of package.
I did not receive my package. Now what?
 

  1. Check the U.S. map in our Shipping Information section to review estimated delivery times.
  2. Enter the package tracking number we sent you via email on the carrier's web site to get the current status.
  3. If you do not have your Order Fulfillment email, log into your account via My Account (top) to see your tracking number.
  4. If you need additional information, contact us with your name, the order date and the order number.

We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to accept deliveries during the day. Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Wellhaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

Can I pick a specific delivery date?
 

Unfortunately, no. Here's why:

FedEx and the US Post Office have many humans involved in the transit and delivery of your package. It is possible that they will make a mistake. Approx. 99% of packages make it to their destination with no problem.

Weather or natural disasters in either our area (Philadelphia, PA), the transit route, or the shipping destination can impact the time it takes for your package to arrive.

Holiday volume after Dec. 1 overwhelms delivery services and a small percentage of packages do not arrive before Christmas.

Our recommendation: Order 7-10 days in advance of your desired delivery date for Standard Shipping. If shipping directly to the recipient, you could:

Use our gift wrap service so the present remains a surprise until the special day.

Tell the recipient to expect a package from Wellhaven but not to open it until the special day.

What if my package arrives damaged?
 
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shipping provider. We have no control over the package  once it leaves our warehouse. Please provide proof of your claim to get a replacement product.
  1. Take pictures of the shipping carton, merchandise packaging and product that were damaged.
  2. Call Customer Service within three business days at 888-564-1500 of receiving your order. We are open Mon.- Fri. 9am to 4pm Eastern time.
  3. We will do our best to replace the item. However, it may no longer be available. If so, we will process a refund once your claim has been reviewed and approved.  

Photos are required by our fraud team. It is inconvenient, we know. We apologize in advance to our honest customers.
