Volume Purchasing FAQs

If you need to buy a large quantity of items, please contact us about our Volume Purchasing discount.

Who is eligible for Volume Purchasing discounts?

Corporate, government and aging services organizations are eligible for volume purchase discounts when buying a large quantity of items.

We do not sell products at wholesale prices to other retailers.

Are all items available for Volume Purchasing?

Most items are available for volume purchasing. Exceptions are: Items discontinued by the manufacturer Clearance items When you request a quote, your sales representative will inform you about item availability.

Where can I ship my Volume Purchase Order?

Volume purchase orders can be shipped to any United States street address (no PO boxes) where someone will be able to receive the shipping carton(s) during normal business hours - Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Valuable orders will require a signature for delivery. Please ask your sales representative.

We recommend that you ship to a business address to ensure quick and safe delivery of your items.

Large boxes left at a residental address are sometimes a target for theives. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, Wellhaven is not responsible for stolen packages. Please file a police report.

How do I pay for a Small Volume (less than 24 quantity) Order?

Small Volume orders (24 or less items) require a credit card payment in advance, the same as an order placed by consumers via our web site. Be sure to have the correct billing address and the name of the card holder. You may ship to a different address. The only exception is purchases for individual locations made under a countywide or statewide contract.

How do I pay for a Medium or Large Volume (more than 25 quantity) Order?

Organizations with Medium (25 - 48 items) or Large Volume (48 or more same items) orders may be granted a 30-day payment term. Your sales representative will speak with you about credit references, credit limits and how to submit an authorized purchase order.

How do I get more information about Volume Purchasing?

Determine which item(s) you would like to order - item name, quantity, item number and size (for clothing). Review the Volume Purchasing Overview. Complete the Request for Quote form. A sales representative will contact you within one business day. Note: Business days are Monday - Friday.
