Do you provide package tracking?

Yes. When your order is shipped, our system sends you an email with the tracking number. You can get your tracking number in My Account (yellow tab at the top of every page) and selecting See Orders.

Orders shipped via US Post Office have tracking numbers beginning with: 910.... or 420.... or EO....

All International packages are shipped via US Postal Service

Track your package at www.usps.com

All other packages are shipped via FedEx and can be tracked at www.fedex.com

Important information about the US Postal Service tracking system: Unfortunately, USPS tracking system is not as detailed, nor is it updated as frequently as the FedEx tracking system. Your package may arrive before you see an update. Post offices outside the USA may, or may not, provide additional tracking information.
