What if my package arrives damaged?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shipping provider. We have no control over the package once it leaves our warehouse. Please provide proof of your claim to get a replacement product.
- Take pictures of the shipping carton, merchandise packaging and product that were damaged.
- Call Customer Service within three business days at 888-564-1500 of receiving your order. We are open Mon.- Fri. 9am to 5pm Eastern time.
- We will do our best to replace the item. However, it may no longer be available. If so, we will process a refund once your claim has been reviewed and approved.
Photos are required by our fraud team. It is inconvenient, we know. We apologize in advance to our honest customers.
