Must I register to make a purchase?

No, but when you shop at Jubilee Celebrations -  Wellhaven and set up a password for your account, we provide access to your account online so that you may view your order, including the package tracking number.  This enables you to check your order status at your convenience, contact customer service, review past orders, etc.

Setting up an account via the registration process also enables our Customer Service Department to help you quickly when you contact us. While they cannot see your password, they can help you with questions about your order, including billing and shipping addresses, gift-wrapping service, etc..
