Order Fulfillment Team Members – Job #060802

Order Fulfillment actively contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the inventory and order management functions at Wellhaven, LLC. Primary responsibilities include:
1. Managing inventory including receiving, product inspections, space planning for peak periods, inventory counting and analysis
2. Fulfilling customer orders including pick, pack and ship operations
3. Assisting the Office Team Members with customer service for orders in transit, returns, etc.

Experience desired:
· 1 year of warehouse experience in a retail or wholesale product environment

The ideal candidate will have the following skills needed for this position:
· Must be able to walk the warehouse floor to pick product and work in a standing position to pack orders for shipment for approximately 50% of the work shift.
· Possess exceptional organization skills and have the ability to follow processes and procedures for the safe, effective and efficient operation of the warehouse
· Must be proficient in the use of the internet, email, Microsoft Office; an understanding of inventory management and customer service software is a plus
· The ability to speak and write English professionally to provide superior customer service; a second language is welcomed
